We have provided service for the El Paso & Teller Counties since 2003. Our clientele include singles, married couples, families, and businesses. Most of the homes have pets, so it is safe to say, we are very pet friendly and rather enjoy their company. Most clientele are away from home when the premises are being cleaned.

All supplies and equipment that are a reasonable demand for work will be provided by Brushes & Bubbles Cleaning. If a special cleaning chemical is required, the company must be notified as quickly as possible so that it can be obtained within a reasonable amount of time.

We have consideration for the safety of workers and your home. No outside vendors (such as Quest, the cable guy, etc.) are allowed in the home unless the cleaning service is notified prior. Children under the age of 18 yrs. who are at home when cleaning service arrives, must have an adult present.
Keys issued out to cleaning service are are kept in a lock box. These keys are not labeled with addresses, but with a confidential cross-referencing system, so if by a slight chance a key is lost, no one will know which house it belongs to.

Brushes & Bubbles Cleaning needs to have an emergency phone number.

All client information is kept confidential. No personal information or e-mail addresses are exchanged, sold, and/or traded unless with written permission. Any employees with Brushes & Bubbles cleaning must sign a confidentiality agreement.

In severe weather condition, we contact the client to determine the road conditions in their area. If it’s deemed safe driving, we keep the cleaning date otherwise, we reschedule. We follow the school scheduling for delay service. If the schools are on 2 hr. delay, we are on 2 hr. delay. Clients, please feel free to contact us the night prior or by 6:30 am, if you choose to reschedule due to weather.

Life does happen and if rescheduling is necessary, Brushes & Bubbles will contact the client as quickly as possible. Clients, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled date to reschedule or cancel. We are flexible.

Things have changed in the cleaning industry and one of the major changes is chemicals (that’s a good change). We use as many natural and “green clean” products as possible. If a client prefers something other, we will honor their request. Occassionally a harsher chemical is required for tough cleaning, but we attempt to keep that to a minimum.
